You point at something, a page, a file, a transaction, whatever is in front of you, and we seal it as it stands right then. What it was, when it was, and that nobody has altered it since.
Each receipt is anchored to the state of the physical world at that second. Public data from authoritative sources with no connection to you or to us. They stand as witnesses to the moment, and nobody manufactures the physical world at scale.
The data is public. The method that picks it is not. Patent pending.

And all four are post-quantum, not just the outer one. The math protecting most things today has a date on it. When that date arrives everything under it opens at once, and nobody hears it happen. We did not use that math.
An Axiom-Receipt is a window into a moment frozen in time.
It establishes four things.
What the payload looked like. A web page, a webmail message, a file, whatever you pointed at.
The exact moment you captured it.
That the moment existed. The world-state witnesses stand for that.
That it was sealed then and has not changed since.
That is the whole claim. It does not establish that the content is true, that you made it, or who you are. PROOF that reaches past what it can carry is not PROOF.
We do not read it. We do not interpret it. We do not take a side.
